We use new numerically controlled machines for processing. We have no restrictions in terms of the shape and material of which the detail is to be made. The accuracy of machine positioning is 0.005 mm. Thanks to this, we can maintain the highest quality standards.

We use Autodesk's Fusion360 software for our daily work. It is a comprehensive tool
for designing, simulating and creating technological processes. The main purpose of using CAD / CAM software is the possibility of designing the machining, and then analyzing it in terms of the cost-effectiveness of the detail.

The advantage of numerically controlled machines is undoubtedly their flexibility. It results from the possibility of fast, precise and repetitive work, even
when making complex shapes.
Thanks to this, we can manufacture parts for various industries. They can be, among others drive shafts, bushings, bearing housings, casting molds, stamping dies, injection molds, molds for the pharmaceutical industry
and many others. We specialize in making details  unit, as well as in small-lot production.
